Our operating principles, service standards, and client commitments.

1. Introduction

This Company Policy document sets out the operating principles, service standards, and governance framework of HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo", "we", "us", "our"). By engaging HynoGo's services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms contained in this policy.

HynoGo provides business formation and consultancy services. This policy is intended to ensure transparency, professional conduct, and fair treatment for all clients.

2. Service Standards

HynoGo is committed to delivering professional, timely, and accurate services. Our service standards include:

• All formation filings are submitted within the stated processing time from order confirmation • Clients receive status updates through the secure portal dashboard • Document delivery timelines are accurate under normal operating conditions • Where delays are caused by third-party authorities (e.g., IRS, Companies House), HynoGo will notify clients promptly • Formation services are completed by qualified professionals with relevant jurisdiction expertise

HynoGo does not guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party decisions, including payment gateway approvals, bank account approvals, or government authority processing times beyond our standard estimates.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

**Company Formation Services (US LLC / UK LTD):** • A 3-day conditional refund is available if the formation filing has not yet been submitted • Once filing has been submitted to the state authority or Companies House, refunds are not available as government fees are non-refundable • Registered address fees are non-refundable once service has commenced

**EIN Registration:** • Full refund if HynoGo is unable to obtain the EIN • Non-refundable once EIN has been received

**Consultancy Services (Payment Gateway / Banking):** • Non-refundable once documentation preparation has commenced • HynoGo's consultancy obligation is fulfilled regardless of the third-party provider's decision

**Add-On Services:** • Refund policy varies by service — refer to the specific service order terms

Refund requests should be submitted via the client portal or by emailing billing@hynogo.com within the applicable refund window.

4. Quality Assurance

HynoGo maintains a quality assurance process for all formation and consultancy services:

• All filings are reviewed by a qualified team member before submission • Documents are checked for accuracy against the information provided by the client • Clients receive notification and opportunity to review key information before state filing • Post-formation compliance notifications are provided for annual reports and renewal deadlines

HynoGo accepts no liability for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by clients.

5. Professional Conduct

HynoGo employees and contractors are required to:

• Treat all clients with professionalism, courtesy, and respect • Maintain confidentiality of all client information • Disclose conflicts of interest and escalate concerns • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Avoid making representations that exceed our authorised service scope

6. Client Obligations

Clients are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the service process • Respond to information requests within the stated timeframe • Use formed entities for lawful business purposes only • Complete all post-formation compliance obligations (annual reports, tax filings, etc.) • Keep registered address and contact details current

HynoGo accepts no liability for consequences resulting from client non-compliance with post-formation obligations.

7. Communication Standards

All client communication is managed through the secure portal dashboard and via registered email address.

• Support queries receive initial responses within 24–48 business hours • Formation status updates are provided at each key milestone • Compliance reminders are sent 60 days before annual report deadlines • Urgent matters are escalated with priority response within 4 business hours

8. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, documentation, and materials created by HynoGo remain the intellectual property of HYNOGO LLC unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing.

Clients receive a limited licence to use formation documents, operating agreements, and other deliverables for their business purposes. Reproduction or commercial distribution of HynoGo materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Complaints Procedure

HynoGo takes all complaints seriously and is committed to resolving them promptly.

**Step 1:** Submit your complaint via the client portal or email complaints@hynogo.com with full details. **Step 2:** Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days. **Step 3:** Investigation and response within 10 business days. **Step 4:** If unresolved, escalate to the senior management team.

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and transparently.

10. Policy Updates

HynoGo reviews this Company Policy annually and updates it as necessary. Material changes are communicated to active clients via the portal dashboard and email.
