Important information about the nature and limitations of HynoGo's services.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Nature of Our Services
HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo") provides business formation and consultancy services to entrepreneurs worldwide. We file company formation documents with state authorities and Companies House, and provide guidance on payment platform onboarding and business banking.
HynoGo is not a law firm, solicitors' practice, barrister's chambers, or any other form of legal practice. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions.
2. Not a Law Firm
HynoGo is a business formation and consultancy company, not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services.
The information provided on our website, in our client portal, and by our team is for general informational and guidance purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice.
For legal advice specific to your circumstances — including corporate structure, intellectual property, employment law, contracts, or dispute resolution — you should consult a qualified attorney or solicitor licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Not a Financial Institution
HynoGo is not a bank, financial institution, credit union, or money services business. We do not hold, transmit, or manage client funds.
We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or tax planning advice as regulated activities. Any guidance provided by HynoGo regarding tax obligations, banking options, or financial planning is general in nature and does not constitute regulated financial advice.
For financial, investment, or tax advice, please consult a qualified accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser, or other regulated professional.
4. Not a Payment Provider
HynoGo is not a payment processor, payment gateway, acquiring bank, or payment service provider. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any payment transactions.
Our payment consultancy services provide guidance and documentation support to help clients prepare applications for third-party payment platforms such as Stripe, Wise, Square, Shopify Payments, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any of these platforms.
Account approvals, merchant account decisions, and platform eligibility are determined solely by each third-party provider in accordance with their own terms, policies, and eligibility criteria. HynoGo cannot guarantee approval by any payment platform.
5. Third-Party Platform Approvals
The outcome of any application to a third-party platform — including Stripe, Wise, Mercury, Revolut, WorldFirst, Square, Shopify Payments, Whop, or any other payment or banking provider — is determined entirely by that platform's own underwriting, compliance, and eligibility review process.
HynoGo's consultancy services improve the quality of your application documentation and business structure, but cannot guarantee, warrant, or promise approval by any third party.
If a third-party platform declines your application, HynoGo is not liable for that decision and no refund will be issued solely on the basis of a platform declination.
6. Tax Advice Disclaimer
Nothing on the HynoGo website, in our client portal, or communicated by our team constitutes tax advice. Any references to tax obligations, tax residency, or tax efficiency are for general informational purposes only.
Tax laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Your personal tax obligations as a non-resident LLC or LTD owner depend on your country of residence, tax residency status, the nature of your business activities, and applicable tax treaties.
You should seek independent advice from a qualified tax professional or accountant familiar with the laws of your specific country before making decisions based on any information provided by HynoGo.
7. Accuracy of Information
HynoGo makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on our website and in our communications. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or free from errors.
Government regulations, state filing requirements, platform eligibility criteria, and compliance obligations change regularly. Clients are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant authority before relying on information provided by HynoGo.
8. Seek Professional Advice
We strongly recommend that you obtain independent professional advice before making significant business, legal, financial, or tax decisions. This includes:
• A qualified attorney or solicitor for legal matters • A certified public accountant (CPA) or chartered accountant for tax and accounting matters • A licensed financial adviser for investment and financial planning decisions • A regulated immigration adviser if business formation has implications for your immigration status
HynoGo's team is available to discuss your formation options and provide general guidance — but this guidance is not a substitute for professional advice in any of the above areas.
