Refund Policy
Conditions and process for refund requests on HynoGo services.

1. Overview
HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo") is committed to fair and transparent service delivery. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for our formation and consultancy services.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. US LLC and UK LTD Formation Packages
A 3-day conditional refund is available for US LLC and UK LTD formation packages, subject to the following conditions:
• The refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date • No filing must have been submitted to the relevant state authority (US) or Companies House (UK) on your behalf • The refund request must be made in writing to hello@hynogo.com
If filing has already been submitted at the time of your refund request, no refund will be available as the state or government fees are non-recoverable.
Once your formation documents have been delivered to your dashboard, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund is applicable.
3. Payment Consultancy Packages
Payment consultancy packages — including Stripe, Wise, Square, Shopify Payments, Whop, and WorldFirst consultancy — are non-refundable once documentation preparation has begun.
Documentation preparation begins immediately upon order confirmation, as our team assigns a consultant and begins reviewing your business structure, entity documents, and platform requirements.
If you believe your consultancy package has not been initiated, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@hynogo.com.
4. Add-On Services (EIN, ITIN, BOI, VAT, UTR, Annual Reports)
Add-on compliance and tax services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered to have commenced when:
• An IRS application has been prepared or submitted (EIN, ITIN) • A FinCEN BOI report has been drafted or filed • HMRC correspondence has been initiated (VAT, UTR) • An annual report has been prepared or submitted
In cases where government processing has not yet begun and no work has been performed, a partial refund may be considered at HynoGo's sole discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@hynogo.com with the following information:
• Your full name and email address used at checkout • Your order reference number • The service you are requesting a refund for • The reason for your refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a decision within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the credit to your account, typically 3–5 business days beyond our processing time.
7. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Situations
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
• Government filing fees, state fees, and registered agent fees that have been paid on your behalf • Orders where formation documents have been delivered to your dashboard • Completed EIN, ITIN, BOI, UTR, or VAT registrations • Services where the client has received consultancy sessions, documentation packages, or written guidance • Orders cancelled more than 3 days after purchase
HynoGo reserves the right to decline a refund request if there is evidence of misuse of the refund policy.
