HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo", "we", "us", "our") is dedicated to transparent, fair, and reliable service delivery. This Refund Policy explains in precise detail the conditions, eligibility criteria, and procedures governing refunds across all our company formation packages, tax compliance filings, telecommunication lines (HynoConnect), and consultancy services.

Please review this policy carefully prior to completing your purchase. By submitting an order and payment through our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

To ensure complete clarity before you place an order, our refund terms are categorized below by service component:

• Government & Statutory Filing Fees: Strictly 100% NON-REFUNDABLE once submitted to any state or government registry (e.g., Wyoming SOS, Delaware Division of Corporations, UK Companies House, HMRC, IRS, FinCEN).
• HynoConnect Virtual Phone Numbers & SIM Activations: Strictly 100% NON-REFUNDABLE once provisioned and allocated in your dashboard, as carrier leasing and network routing costs are permanently committed.
• HynoGo Formation Service Fee: Eligible for a conditional refund within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided that official state or government filing has NOT yet been submitted on your behalf (minus payment gateway processing charges).
• Add-On Services (EIN, ITIN, BOI, VAT, UTR): Non-refundable once work has commenced or applications have been drafted/submitted.
• Payment Gateway & Banking Consultancy Packages: Non-refundable once specialist document preparation or compliance review has commenced.

When you purchase a US LLC or UK LTD formation package, a substantial portion of your payment represents mandatory statutory filing fees paid directly to government registries on your behalf. These include, but are not limited to:

• US State Filing Fees: Secretary of State filing fees for Wyoming, Delaware, New Mexico, Florida, and other US jurisdictions.
• UK Government Filing Fees: Companies House incorporation statutory fees and stamp duties.
• Tax & Compliance Filing Fees: IRS filing processing costs, UK HMRC registration submissions, and FinCEN Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) filings.

HynoConnect provides dedicated telecommunications lines, including real US/UK virtual phone numbers, carrier routing, and SIM activations.

• Activation & Provisioning Fees: The setup and activation fee for any virtual phone number is strictly 100% non-refundable once the carrier has provisioned the number and made it accessible in your HynoGo dashboard. Telecommunication carrier allocation fees are incurred instantaneously upon assignment and cannot be reversed or refunded.
• Monthly Subscription Fees: Monthly line rental fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable for the active period. If you cancel your line subscription, you retain access until the end of the paid billing cycle, and no partial-month refunds will be issued.
• Usage & Pay-As-You-Go Charges: Charges for outgoing calls, outbound SMS, and call forwarding minutes are strictly non-refundable once the transmission has been dispatched or connection established.

A 3-day conditional refund is available for HynoGo's formation service fee for US LLC and UK LTD formation packages, strictly subject to the following criteria:

1. Timeline: The refund request must be submitted in writing within three (3) calendar days of the initial transaction timestamp. 2. Filing Status: The formation filing must NOT have been submitted to the Secretary of State (US) or Companies House (UK). Once our compliance team submits your entity documents to the official registry, filing cannot be recalled and the service fee becomes fully non-refundable. 3. Administrative & Payment Gateway Deductions: For eligible approved refunds, HynoGo's service fee will be refunded minus the actual third-party payment gateway transaction fee (typically 3%–5% charged by processors like Stripe) incurred during the original transaction.

Once formation documents (e.g., filed Articles of Organization, Certificate of Incorporation, Operating Agreement) have been approved and delivered to your client dashboard, the formation contract is deemed fully executed and fulfilled, and no refund will be provided.

Our business banking and payment platform consultancy packages — including Mercury, Stripe, Wise, Relay, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Paddle, and Revolut documentation guidance — operate under a clear, fair performance-based standard:

• Client-Side Business Issues & Ineligible Activity (Strictly No Refund): If an application or onboarding consultation fails due to client-side business defects, ineligible or prohibited commercial activities, undisclosed high-risk products, misrepresentation of beneficial ownership, personal credit/sanctions watchlist matches, failed biometric KYC liveness checks, or defects in a pre-existing client LLC or LTD, strictly NO REFUND will be issued. HynoGo's professional documentation and advisory time is fully earned upon delivery of your compliance dossier.

• Provider / Consultancy Preparation Flaws (50% Refund Guarantee): If an application failure is proven to be directly caused by an administrative error, documentation defect, or procedural preparation flaw attributable to HynoGo as your consultancy provider, HynoGo will initiate a 50% partial refund of the paid consultancy fee. This refund will be dispatched directly to the identical payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or card processor) and account used during your original checkout.

• Statutory & Carrier Fees Non-Refundable: Government filing fees already remitted to state secretaries of state, Companies House, HMRC, or the IRS, as well as allocated HynoConnect real-carrier phone lines, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Add-on compliance and tax services are non-refundable once preparation has begun:

• EIN (Federal Tax ID): Non-refundable once IRS Form SS-4 has been prepared or submitted to the IRS. If HynoGo is unable to obtain the EIN due to an internal administrative error, a full refund of the EIN service fee will be issued.
• ITIN Applications: Non-refundable once document review and IRS Form W-7 preparation has commenced. HynoGo does not control IRS processing timeframes.
• FinCEN BOI Filings: Non-refundable once the beneficial ownership information report has been submitted to FinCEN.
• HMRC VAT & UTR Registrations: Non-refundable once documentation has been submitted to HM Revenue & Customs.

Our billing team will review your order timeline and filing status and provide a formal written decision within two (2) business days.

Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days following written approval. All refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) used during checkout.

Depending on your card issuer or banking institution, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the credited funds to reflect on your statement. HynoGo cannot issue refunds via alternative payment methods or to third parties.

We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing inquiries or concerns. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without prior communication with HynoGo violates our Terms of Service.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, HynoGo reserves the right to suspend all active services (including registered agent representation and HynoConnect telephone lines) and provide complete transaction records, IP logs, and signed verification documents to the acquiring bank.
