We do not dispatch physical postal mail, paper envelopes, or physical parcels, eliminating shipping fees and international courier delays for our global clients.

All official documents, certified state filings, digital corporate seals, and compliance certificates are delivered directly to your secure client portal dashboard at corp.hynogo.com and transmitted to your registered email address upon completion.

Upon order confirmation, your client portal account is automatically provisioned at:

When any stage of your order is fulfilled (such as receiving filed Articles of Organization from the Secretary of State or an official EIN assignment letter from the IRS), you will receive an immediate automated email notification. You can log into your dashboard from any desktop or mobile device to view, download, and store your high-resolution PDF documents.

All documents uploaded to your dashboard remain permanently accessible with lifetime cloud archiving at no additional fee.

Standard delivery timelines under regular operating conditions are as follows:

• US LLC Formation: 2 business days following receipt of all required member information. Includes filed Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, Initial Resolutions, and Registered Agent confirmation.
• UK LTD Formation: Typically 3 to 4 business hours during Companies House operational hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm GMT). On rare occasions of Companies House system backlogs, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Includes Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, and Articles of Association.

• UK HMRC Tax Registrations (UTR & VAT): UTR issuance typically takes 2 to 4 weeks; VAT registration takes 4 to 8 weeks, strictly governed by HMRC processing queues.
• ITIN Application (IRS Form W-7): 6 to 8 weeks directly governed by IRS specialized processing units.
• Payment & Banking Consultancy Packages: 3 to 7 business days for document package drafting and customized compliance guidelines.

While HynoGo submits filings promptly upon receiving client information, statutory processing speeds can be influenced by external government factors outside our direct control:

• State Secretary of State system maintenance or seasonal application surges.
• US federal government holidays or IRS server downtimes.
• UK Companies House system maintenance.
• National holidays and postal queues for paper-issued tax notices.

In the event of an external government backlog, our compliance team monitors your filing daily and provides transparent status updates directly inside your portal. No surcharge or expedited fee is charged for government-induced delays.

Virtual phone numbers and SIM activations purchased through HynoConnect are provisioned digitally via direct carrier integration. Once provisioned, the allocated telephone number appears immediately in your dashboard, enabling instant call forwarding configuration and real-time SMS reception. No physical SIM card shipment is required.
