Delivery Policy
How and when you receive your formation documents and service deliverables.

1. Overview
HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo") delivers all services digitally. There are no physical shipments, postal deliveries, or in-person handovers. All formation documents, registration certificates, and consultancy materials are delivered to your secure HynoGo client dashboard at corp.hynogo.com.
This policy explains the expected delivery timelines for each service and what to do if your documents have not arrived within the stated timeframe.
2. How to Access Your Documents
All documents are delivered to your HynoGo client portal at:
corp.hynogo.com
You will receive an email notification when your documents are ready. Log in with the credentials provided at registration. All documents are stored permanently in your dashboard and can be downloaded at any time.
If you have not received your login credentials, check your spam/junk folder or contact hello@hynogo.com.
3. Service Delivery Timelines
**US LLC Formation:** 2 business days from order confirmation. Includes Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, and confirmation of state registration.
**UK LTD Formation:** Typically 3 hours during Companies House business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm GMT). On rare occasions, Companies House processing may take up to 24 hours. Includes Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, and Articles of Association.
**EIN (Federal Tax ID):** 2–3 business days from formation completion. Applied for with the IRS on your behalf.
**ITIN Application:** 6–8 weeks from submission. The ITIN is issued directly by the IRS and HynoGo has no influence over IRS processing times. We notify you as soon as your ITIN letter is received.
**BOI Filing (FinCEN):** 2–3 business days from order or formation completion. You will receive a copy of the filed report.
**VAT Registration (UK):** 4–8 weeks, subject to HMRC processing times. HynoGo submits the application promptly and monitors progress.
**UTR Registration (UK):** 2–4 weeks, subject to HMRC processing times.
**Payment Consultancy (Stripe, Wise, Square, etc.):** 3–7 business days for documentation package delivery. Platform approval timelines are determined by each provider independently.
**Annual Report Filing:** 2–3 business days from order confirmation.
4. What to Do If Documents Are Delayed
If your documents have not been delivered within the stated timeframe, please take the following steps:
1. Check your HynoGo dashboard at corp.hynogo.com for any updates or status notifications 2. Check your email inbox (including spam/junk) for communications from HynoGo 3. If no update is visible, email hello@hynogo.com with your order reference and we will provide a status update within 1 business day
Please note that delays caused by government authorities (IRS, state agencies, Companies House, HMRC, FinCEN) are outside HynoGo's control. We will keep you informed of any delays and advocate on your behalf where possible.
5. ITIN — Special Note
ITIN applications are submitted to the IRS and processed entirely by the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS quotes a standard processing time of 6–8 weeks, which may be extended during peak periods (January–April).
HynoGo does not have the ability to expedite ITIN processing or influence the IRS timeline. We will forward your ITIN letter to your dashboard as soon as it is received from the IRS.
6. Government and Third-Party Processing Delays
The following scenarios may cause delivery delays beyond HynoGo's stated timelines:
• State government backlogs (US LLC formations) • Companies House technical outages or peak periods (UK LTD) • IRS processing delays (EIN, ITIN) • HMRC processing delays (VAT, UTR) • FinCEN system delays (BOI filings) • Payment platform review periods (consultancy clients)
In all such cases, HynoGo will notify you promptly and provide updated estimated timelines. No additional charges apply for delays caused by government authorities.
7. Document Security and Retention
All documents are stored securely in your client dashboard with:
• SSL-encrypted access • Password-protected account login • Permanent lifetime storage
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your dashboard login credentials. HynoGo recommends downloading and storing copies of your formation documents locally as a backup.
