Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an order and the conditions that apply.

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel a service order with HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo") and the conditions that apply. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Cancellations are subject to the stage of processing your order has reached at the time the request is made.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, contact us immediately by email at hello@hynogo.com with the following details:
• Your full name and email address used at checkout • Your order reference number • The service you wish to cancel • The reason for cancellation
Cancellation requests submitted by email are time-stamped and processed in the order they are received. We will respond within 1 business day to confirm whether cancellation is possible.
3. What Can Be Cancelled
The following orders may be cancelled and are eligible for a refund (subject to our Refund Policy):
• US LLC or UK LTD formation orders where no filing has yet been submitted to state authorities or Companies House • Orders submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase where processing has not commenced
In all eligible cancellations, any non-recoverable government fees already paid on your behalf will be deducted from any refund issued.
4. What Cannot Be Cancelled
The following orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun:
• US LLC or UK LTD formation orders where the Articles of Organization or incorporation documents have been filed • EIN, ITIN, BOI, UTR, or VAT applications that have been prepared or submitted to the relevant authority • Payment consultancy packages where documentation preparation has commenced • Any service where deliverables have been sent to your dashboard
Once a formation has been filed with the state or Companies House, the filing cannot be reversed or recalled. HynoGo is not responsible for government processing times or state filing decisions.
5. Cancellation Timeframes
**US LLC Formation:** Cancellable within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided filing has not been submitted. Filing typically occurs within 1–2 business days of order receipt.
**UK LTD Formation:** Companies House processing can occur within hours of order. Cancellation may not be possible if approval has already been granted.
**Payment Consultancy:** Must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Consultancy preparation begins immediately upon order confirmation.
**Add-on Services (EIN, ITIN, BOI, etc.):** Must be cancelled before work commences. Given the fast turnaround, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
6. Documents Already Prepared
If cancellation is approved after documents have been partially prepared (but not filed), HynoGo retains ownership of any draft documents, templates, or preparatory work product created during the order process.
Partially prepared documents will not be delivered to your dashboard in the event of a cancellation.
If your formation has been completed and documents delivered, the company must be formally dissolved or struck off through the appropriate authority if you no longer wish to operate it. HynoGo offers company dissolution services for UK LTDs.
7. After Cancellation
Upon approval of a cancellation:
• Your order status will be updated in your dashboard • Any eligible refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method • You will receive a written confirmation of cancellation by email
If a refund is not applicable, you will receive a written explanation of the reason.
