1. Compliance Framework Overview
HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo") operates a robust compliance framework designed to ensure that all business activities are conducted lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with applicable regulations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and internationally.
This Compliance Policy sets out our standards for regulatory compliance, corporate governance, client interactions, and internal controls.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
HynoGo provides business formation services (US LLC and UK LTD registration) and consultancy services related to business documentation, payment platform onboarding, and banking setup.
**Important limitations:** • HynoGo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice • HynoGo is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services • HynoGo is not a payment service provider and does not provide or guarantee payment processing • All consultancy is guidance-based; final approvals for banking and payment services depend entirely on third-party providers' own eligibility and compliance processes
Clients should seek independent legal and tax advice for their specific circumstances.
3. Regulatory Compliance
HynoGo complies with applicable laws and regulations including:
• USA: Montana LLC Act, Corporate Transparency Act (BOI reporting), IRS regulations • UK: Companies Act 2006, HMRC regulations, Money Laundering Regulations 2017 • International: GDPR, UK GDPR, FATF Recommendations • Payment: PCI-DSS standards for payment processing
HynoGo maintains all required business registrations, licences, and filings to operate as a business formation and consultancy service.
4. Third-Party Approval Disclaimer
Clients engaging HynoGo for payment gateway or banking consultancy services are advised that:
• Stripe, Wise, WorldFirst, Square, Whop, Shopify Payments, and all other third-party platforms operate independently • Final account approval, account activation, and ongoing account status are determined solely by each respective third-party provider • HynoGo's consultancy prepares documentation and business entities according to standard platform requirements but cannot guarantee any specific outcome • Third-party providers may update their eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, or policies at any time without notice to HynoGo
Clients should conduct their own due diligence and review each platform's terms before engaging their services.
5. Client Compliance Obligations
Clients using HynoGo services are required to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the ordering and KYC process • Use the registered entity for lawful business purposes only • Comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of the registered entity • File all required tax returns, annual reports, and compliance filings on time • Notify HynoGo of material changes to business activities, ownership, or directors • Not use HynoGo services to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or any illegal activity
Failure to comply may result in suspension of services and referral to relevant authorities.
6. Data Protection Compliance
HynoGo is committed to compliance with the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

7. Conflicts of Interest
HynoGo operates a conflict of interest policy to ensure that client interests are not compromised by personal, financial, or other interests of employees or contractors.
All potential conflicts must be disclosed to the Compliance Officer. Where material conflicts exist, affected parties are recused from relevant client interactions.
8. Whistleblowing
HynoGo encourages the reporting of genuine concerns about compliance failures, illegal activity, or unethical conduct without fear of retaliation.

All reports are investigated promptly and confidentially by the Compliance Officer.
9. Enforcement and Sanctions
Violations of this Compliance Policy by employees, contractors, or agents may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of engagement.
Clients who breach compliance obligations may have their services suspended or terminated without refund. Serious violations may be referred to the relevant authorities.
10. Policy Review
This Compliance Policy is reviewed annually by the Compliance Officer and updated to reflect:
• Changes in applicable law and regulation • Guidance from regulatory authorities • Internal compliance audit findings • Industry best practice developments
